2. Earlier prayers for bail of the petitioner were rejected twice by orders dated 25.04.2023 and 06.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70497 of 2022 and Cr. Misc. No. 86577 of 2023 respectively by this Court.

3. The report of the learned Trial Court shows that the six witnesses out of 13 charge-sheeted witnesses have been examined.

4. Considering the fact that the trial is on verge of conclusion, I see no reason to reconsider my earlier orders dated 25.04.2023 and 06.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70497 of 2022 and Cr. Misc. No. 86577 of 2023.

5. Accordingly, the bail application stands rejected.
