2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the son of the informant, Rajesh Patel sustained a fatal knife injury on the night of 01.01.2024 and was brought home by the petitioner. Thereafter, Rajesh Patel was brought to GMCH Bettiah, where he died during the treatment.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is the person who brought the injured (the deceased) in injured condition which is admitted by the informant in

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From perusal of the FIR, it transpires that the deceased complained about stomach pain but he didn't name the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
