The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Baliram Chaudhary and, thereafter, petitioner was arrested and he too made his confessional statement stating his involvement in the present case. The firearm used in the said crime is said to have been recovered from orchard on the basis of disclosure made by one co-accused Jatta Baba. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar ( M)
