The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing CWJC no. 3850 of 2019, which has stood dismissed on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 28.02.2019.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to allow the present restoration petition and the Registry is directed to restore the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC no. 3850 of 2019 to its original file, subject to removal of the defects, as pointed out by the Registry, within a period of four weeks from today as also subject to deposit of a sum of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Aid Committee within the said time
