JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made katta is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner whereas one live cartridge and one knife are said to have been recovered from possession of another co-accused. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was made accused in three cases within a very short span of time of two days on account of enmity. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Daudpur
