====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 02-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ram Shankar Pradhan, Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the E.P.F.O.

In this case, the petitioner has made a limited prayer for restraining the police to take coercive action against the petitioner in securing his presence.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that he himself would appear before the authority concerned within two weeks.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13260 of 2019(2) dt.02-07-2019 2/2 In view of the statement made at the Bar and whatever the petitioner likes to take plea, he will have liberty to take plea before the authority concerned, as has been stated that the petitioner was not a member of Board of Director which will be considered by the authority concerned, who will take a decision in accordance with law.

Let no coercive action be taken against the petitioner for two weeks.

This Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of the case. However, if the petitioner fails to appear before the authority concerned within the aforesaid period, in such circumstance, the coercive order passed against the petitioner will come in operation and police will act in accordance with law.

With the above observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
