1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to initiate encroachment proceedings, in accordance with the provisions contained in the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, against the persons who have encroached the Government Land (Aam Gairmajarua Land)/ public Cemetery (Samshan Ghat), situated at Mauza Chainpur, Revenue Thana No.191, Khata No 14, Plot No 92, Area-1 acre, which falls under the jurisdiction of the Circle Office, Chauradano, East Champaran.

II. For issuance of a writ in the nature of

Patna High Court CWJC No.10514 of 2024(2) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to conclude the encroachment proceeding at the earliest and remove the encroachment from the Government Land (Aam Gairmajarua Land) public Cemetery (Samshan Ghat)."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Chauradano, District-East Champaran at Motihari, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
