2. Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 414 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 110, 115(2), 118, 352, 351(2), 74 of B.N.S.
3. As per prosecution case, when informant was returned to his house after offering Namaj, he found that petitioners and others were assembled at his house and was
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35343 of 2025(2) dt.29-05-2025 2/3 abusing his wife by calling her witch and accused Raja, Adil and Arif are said to have assaulted on his head by means of dagger. They assaulted informant's wife also by means of dagger. The informant and his wife both sustained injuries. It is alleged that accused persons used to sell illegal drugs.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged in the first information report. The only allegation against the present petitioners is that they abused the informant's wife and there is no specific allegation of assault against these petitioners. Petitioners have no concern with the alleged occurrence. They have been falsely implicated in the present case merely to harass the family members. Petitioners and informant are next door neightbour and there is land dispute between them and in cases of land dispute facts are generally exaggerated to make the offence graver. Petitioners are ladies having no criminal antecedent.
5. The learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, keeping in view that petitioners are ladies having clean antecedent, argument advanced on behalf of both sides and also

No.35343 of 2025(2) dt.29-05-2025 3/3 taking into consideration the material available on record, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 414 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
7. The application stands allowed.
