JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) To make payment of Dues Salary from April 2017 to October 2018.
(ii) To make payment of 1st A.C.P.. in 2009 arrear amount (Rs.28000-11000) 17,000/- which was less paid due to not allotment of fund and subsequently dues payment of 2nd A.C.P. in 2015.
(iii) To make payment of dues amount of Uniform (Wardi Bhatta) dues since 2011 to 2015 and 2017 to till today (i.e. near about 10 years).
(iv) To Give promotion to the petitioner on the post of
Patna High Court CWJC No.14289 of 2021(4) dt.21-02-2024 2/2 Head Warder since 2017.
(v) To make payment of interest upon the dues amount as admissible in law.
(vi) To make payment of Compensation of mental and physical agony cause due to illegal suspension due to typographical mistake done on behalf of Department/Respondent."

The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case as also upon instructions received from the respondents that the entire outstanding dues remaining to be paid to the petitioner have already stood paid and as far as the differential amount, on account of grant of benefits of MACP, is concerned, the same shall also be paid within a period of two weeks from today. It is directed, accordingly.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition be disposed off.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
