2. The petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2015 in connection with Majhauliya P.S.Case No. 390 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the F.I.R. has been instituted after two days' delay on 22.07.2015 for the alleged occurrence of 20.07.2015. There is no eye witness and the petitioner has been named on mere suspicion. Similarly situated co-accused Suresh Ram, Bhuali Ram and Umesh Paswan have been granted anticipatory bail, co-accused Sunil Paswan has been granted bail by this Court.

4. Heard learned A.P.P. who on the basis of case diary, was unable to disclose any specific material against the petitioner.
5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 390 of 2015.
