2. The petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2015 in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 325 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Section 366A IPC.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the so-called victim girl is his legally wedded wife.

4. Learned APP on the other hand submits on the basis of para 32 of the case diary containing details of the victim girl's statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C., wherein she has raised specific accusation against the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusation as well as gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran U T
