The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.11.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 21872 of 2012. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent mistake, in the writ petition, the designation of the respondent no. 6 has wrongly been typed as 'The Principal, R.K. College, Madhubani', in place of 'The Principal, Marwari College,

Patna High Court MJC No.1360 of 2018 (3) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 Darbhanga'.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the statement made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition, let the designation of respondent no. 6 be read as 'The Principal, Marwari College, Darbhanga' in place of 'The Principal, R.K. College, Madhubani'.

The modification application is allowed.
