The petitioner has challenged the order of suspension which has continued uninterruptedly since 2016 and the departmental proceeding initiated against him has not been concluded as yet.

This Court directs the respondent / authorities to conclude the departmental proceeding initiated against the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13353 of 2019(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 petitioner within a reasonable period of time, preferably within a period of six months. If the departmental proceeding is not concluded within the aforesaid time-line, it would be open for the petitioner to approach this Court for the needful.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
