1. The present writ petition has been filed for clubbing

Patna High Court CWJC No.9708 of 2024(2) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 the proceedings of two suits, bearing Title Suit No.15 of 2005, pending before the Ld. Court of Sub-Judge-VI, Sitamarhi and Title Suit No.510 of 2023, pending before the Ld. Court of SubJudge-I, Sitamarhi.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Ld. Trial Court for filling appropriate petition for clubbing of the aforesaid suits, however, seeks a direction upon the Ld. Trial Court to consider the application, to be filed by the petitioner for clubbing of the aforesaid suits, expeditiously. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner before the Ld. Trial Court, as aforesaid, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered in accordance within law and appropriate orders shall be passed thereon expeditiously.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
