Informant, Assistant Manager of Bhagalpur Central Co-operative Bank, Bhagalpur filed a written report on account of misappropriation of Rs.2,10,400/- by the petitioner, Ex-branch Manager of Shambhuganj Branch as well as Rs.12,20,546/- by the Cashier.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he had deposited the amount shown to be misappropriated by him. The learned lower Court will verify the same. In case, the amount appertaining to Rs.2,10,400/- is found deposited at the end of petitioner, then in that event, the petitioner, Gorelal Yadav will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
