JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners, who are brothers and wife of husband of complainant, are apprehending their arrest in a complaint case wherein processes were directed to be issued after cognizance being taken under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that main thrust of accusation is against the husband of complainant who is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2379 of 2016 (2) dt.15-01-2016 2/2 petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned JM, 1st class, Nawada in connection with complaint Case No. 5909 of 2015/ 269 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
