The case is registered under Sections 341, 504, 376/34 and 4 POCSO Act in connection with Balarampur (Telta O.P.) P.S. Case No. 110 of 2021.

The allegation in the FIR is of rape against amongst other the petitioner herein. The statement of the victim girl under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. is on record, according to which, the petitioner bargained with the victim girl assuring her of getting the marriage of the victim girl with his nephew solemnized, took her to the room and raped her.
