Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that name of the petitioner came in a letter of branch manager of the concerned bank. Admittedly, aforesaid branch manager has been made accused and has been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Moreover, one co-accused Amit Singh, having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pradeep Kumar Chaudhary, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Udakisunganj/ concerned court in
