Patna High Court CWJC No.7282 of 2018(4) dt.07-05-2024 2/2 07-05-2024 No one appears on behalf of the petitioners. However, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Bihar Public Service Commission are present.

It transpires to this Court that vide order dated 20.03.2024, also no one appears on behalf of the petitioners and it was informed at Bar that counsel for the petitioners namely Mr. Manindra Nath Tiwari, Advocate is no more and in this view of the matter, this Court has directed the office to issue notice directly to the petitioners at their respective address.

3. From the office notes, it transpires that the service report of petitioner nos. 1 and 4 has come with intimation that they are out of station whereas, for petitioner nos. 2 and 3, no documents have been received till date.

4. In this background, this Court is of the view that there is no need to pursue this matter further and therefore, this writ petition is hereby dismissed at present due to non prosecution with liberty granted to the petitioners that if, in future, they are interested or got knowledge about this case, then they may file restoration.
