The petitioner is accused in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 568 of 2014, registered under Sections 302 and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(ii)(v) of SC/ST Act. The accusation is that Urmila Devi, mother of the informant, moved along with other villagers in the evening of 20.08.2015 for practicing to run, so that she may able to go Dak -Bam, but in the evening, she did not come in the house. On next day, Gobari Kumar, Sailal Kumar and Kameshwar Manjhi, villagers of the informant, informed the informant that in course of returning of Urmila Devi, mother of the informant after entertaining the Circus in the way she was accompanied by Sikendar Manjhi @ Dhora

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. itself that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion only on the ground that he was seen with the deceased in the way, except that there is nothing against the petitioner. The dead body of the mother of the informant was recovered from the filed of sugarcane, but petitioner was behind the deceased in the way. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 22.08.2014. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari East Champaran, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 95 of 2015 arising out of Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 568 of 2014.
