2. The present application has been filed for quashing the office order contained in memo no. 571 dated 18.03.2017 passed by Deputy Development Commissioner, Rohtas at Sasaram (D.R.D.A.)

3. Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that in paragraph 8 of the writ petition, it is mentioned that petitioner has drafted appeal before the Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram bearing Appeal No. 01/2017 which is still pending.

4. Considering the aforesaid fact, this writ petition is disposed off directing the Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram to pass reasoned and speaking order on the appeal filed by the petitioner bearing Appeal No. 01 of 2017 within 90 days.

5. It is made clear to the petitioner that if the said appeal is not traceable in the Office of Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram, then the petitioner shall file a fresh copy of memo of appeal within one month and Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram shall be obliged to pass order within 90 days from the date on which Lok Sabha Election is concluded.
