Taking into consideration that victim, Santosh Manjhi stated in his statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that it was coaccused, Sanjay Manjhi who sold him and the aforesaid co-accused, Sanjay Manjhi has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12539 of 2015, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya (Chirki) P.S.
