The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 60 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 435, 436 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of offence and the role of the petitioner transpired during investigation of the case including the video footage of the crime occurrence, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2590 of 2016 (3) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
