04. 06.04.2016 This is an application for modification of the order dated 22.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46168 of 2012. It has been submitted that the Opposite Party No. 2 has remarried on account of which notices were issued but none appear on her behalf.

Accepting such submission, the condition by which the Petitioner was directed to deposit Rs. 750/- per month in the Court below is deleted. The money if not withdrawn by the Opposite Party No. 2 shall be refunded to the Petitioner. The Modification Application stands allowed.

Let this order be communicated to the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No. 189 of 2012.
