JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 31-03-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove all the defects as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within two weeks after start of normal functioning of the Court. In course of argument, learned APP for the State has pointed out that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent which he has not stated in paragraph '3'.

Finding it difficult to get out of this issue of concealment of criminal antecedent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application giving complete criminal antecedent of the petitioner.
