JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-06-2019 The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for issuance of direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of voluntary retirement. It is submitted that though the petitioner has filed an application for grant of voluntary retirement on 09.04.2018 but no decision thereon has been taken till date. Having regard to the limited grievance of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction the respondent no. 3 to take a final decision with regard to the case of the petitioner for grant of voluntary retirement, in case such application of the petitioner is pending, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
