The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kartaha P.S. Case No.54 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 325 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of the injury and the land dispute between the parties who are agnates, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
