JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-07-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, however seeks a direction upon the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah to consider the representation filed by him, which is at Annexure-8 to the present petition, stated to have been filed on 11.04.2018.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off, however with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, by filing appropriate representation afresh and in case, such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, appropriate
Patna High Court CWJC No.9502 of 2018(3) dt.25-07-2022 2/2 decision shall be taken thereon, within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter.
