The petitioner seeks bail in Chenari P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018. It is alleged in the written report that 294.120 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
