2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with T.R. No. 5 of 2024 (S.T. No. 578 of 2024) arising out of Ekchari P.S. Case No. 32 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased for demand of dowry. The petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody for

5. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and also considering the delay in trial, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-IV, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with T.R. No. 05 of 2024 / S.T. No. 578 of 2024 / Ekchari P.S. Case No. 32 of 2023.
