Petitioner was caught in a hotel with one Anita Devi whose statement was recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C and in the said statement, she stated that she had gone to the hotel on the phone call of the petitioner. Although she stated that in hotel, petitioner forcibly established physical relation with her but taking into consideration that the present case has not been registered under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran,
