The petitioners seek bail in Thawe P.S. Case No.58 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is a case and counter case from both sides. The petitioners side have assaulted their adversary by lethal weapons. Specific allegation has been made against Amit Prasad who has used Farsa and caused head injury whereas Satish Prasad has caused injury on the hand of Paspati Devi which led to its fracture.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49120 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioners will be at liberty to renew their prayer for bail after completion of six months in jail.
