2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay fair and adequate compensation for the land measuring 27 decimals (including 11 decimals purchased land) bearing Khata No. 6, Plot No. 97 along with residential structures;

Patna High Court CWJC No.9256 of 2026(2) dt.29-06-2026 2/2 (ii) to direct the respondents to rehabilitate and resettle the petitioner and his family members;

(iii) to direct payment of interest on delayed compensation;

(iv) pass any other order (s) deemed fit in the interest of justice.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate authority for the redressal of his genuine grievance.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of with allowing the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority who shall be passing an order at the earliest in accordance with law.
