JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.2, namely, Kapil Ram has been arrested. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this application against petitioner no.2.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as having become infructuous against petitioner no.2, Kapil Ram. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kauwakol P.S. Case No. 181 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the

No.35841 of 2019(5) dt.26-02-2020 2/3 marriage of informant's daughter namely, Babita Devi was solemnized with Bikash Ram in the year 2012 and from the said wedlock, three daughters have born. It has further been alleged that on 20k.08.2019, informant got knowledge that her daughter has been killed by the Sasural people. Informant tried to contact by phone but no talk has been made to accused persons and their mobile was switched off then informant came to Sasural of her daughter where she found that house was locked and all the persons were absconded. On query, she learnt that accused persons Vikash Ram, Nilam Devi and Kapil Ram has been killed her daughter by burning.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner no.1 is innocent and she has committed no offence. He further submits that the petitioner is separated from the other family members. Petitioner no.1 is the mother-in-law of the deceased. There is no specific allegation against petitioner no.1. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-IV, Nawada in connection with
