The petitioner is accused in connection with Rail Jehanabad (Tarengna) P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015 registered under Section 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that on 02.05.2015, Nikhat Praveen, informant, boarded in lady compartment of Patna Gaya passenger train. When the train reached at Taragana station then she got down from train, in the meantime, petitioner snatched small bag opening the chain of bag kept on by informant on her shoulder containing cash of Rs.7,600/- and passport size photo of her son. Informant raised alarm on which G.R.P. Police personnel came there and apprehended the petitioner, who disclosed her name as Nujrat Praveen (petitioner).

No.51406 of 2015 (3) dt.22-12-2015 2/2 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady, who was also traveling in the same train and she was also getting down from the lady compartment of the train at that time and she has been apprehended by the police mere on suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.05.2015. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Rail Jehanabad (Tarengna) P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents or close relative of the petitioner.
