2. The petitioner in the present writ application has prayed for the grant of following reliefs:- (i) For necessary direction upon the respondent authorities for allowing the petitioner to mark her attendance in

Patna High Court CWJC No.7970 of 2018(3) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 their respective school and also for a direction upon the respondent authorities to make payment of salary to the petitioner during the period of their work.

(ii) For necessary direction upon the respondent authorities to pay the arrears of salary to the petitioner with effect from February, 2017.

(iii) For issuance of any other appropriate writ, order or direction, which your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. While advancing argument, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the instant writ application, the petitioner has been terminated from service and, therefore, he wants to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to challenge the order of termination.

4. Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

5. As prayed for, the writ application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
