Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 21 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. the victim has stated that she has solemnized her marriage with the present petitioner. He has also submitted that the couple have been blessed with a child. The learned Addl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the victim was minor at the time of occurrence. No.45564 of 2021(3) dt.30-08-2022 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Rakesh Kumar J.M. 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 21 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
