Having regard to the nature of grievances, which have been raised in this Public Interest Litigation, it is hereby directed that respondent No.3, namely, the District Magistrate, Samastipur, shall look into the grievances of the petitioner and do the needful, in accordance with law. The whole exercise, so

Patna High Court CWJC No.15013 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 directed, shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by the respondent No.3, namely, the District Magistrate, Samastipur.

The petitioner may furnish to the District Magistrate, Samastipur, a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition and annexures thereto. With the above observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
