18-08-2021 The matter is placed through Video Conferencing. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 23.07.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 15413 of 2021 for correcting the name of district of petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that in bail petition, due to inadvertence, instead of name of district of petitioner, as "Madhubani", it has wrongly been typed as Muzaffarpur, and as such, same error has occurred in order dated 23.07.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 15413 of 2021. Accordingly, he requests for making correction. In view of aforesaid fact, let the district of petitioner be read as "Madhubani", in place of Muzaffarpur. The order dated 23.07.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 15413 of 2021 is
