JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-05-2016 A cost of Rs.10,000-/ is imposed upon the Vice Chancellor as well as Registrar of the University because the University has failed to redress the grievance of the petitioner as well as failed to file counter affidavit in the last two years. The Vice Chancellor is further directed to take cognizance of the grievance of the petitioner and take decision with regard to whatever issue is left over within six weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order. The cost of Rs.10,000-/ each will be personally payable to the petitioner as a compensation of her harassment.
