This application has been filed for modification of order dated 15.04.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 35638 of 2020.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44807 of 2021(2) dt.18-08-2021 2/2 35638 of 2020, the petitioner was ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest and surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 348 of 2019, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time.

In view of the above submission, the period of surrender of petitioner is extended for six weeks from today. The order dated 15.04.2021 passed in passed in Criminal Misc.
