JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that on the alleged date of occurrence the informant was driving his tractor in rash and negligent manner and dashed the petitioner with his tractor on account of which there was hot exchange of words between them but later on, the informant lodged this false case at the behest of his owner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj
