ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 25-01-2019 Even though the defects as pointed out have not been removed we even otherwise do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned judgment dated 21st February, 2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15306 of 2015 inasmuch as the limited prayer made by the appellant-petitioner was that the Bank may take a lenient view on the quantum of punishment meted out to the appellant.

Patna High Court LPA No.596 of 2018(3) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that till date the appellant has not been communicated with any such decision whereas the learned counsel for the Bank Shri Binod Bihari Sinha submits that according to his instructions no request has been made on behalf of the appellant pursuant to the impugned judgment.

Since we are not entertaining this appeal but keeping in view the aforesaid situation, we observe that the Bank will within a period of one month communicate its decision to the appellant in the light of the observations made by the learned Single Judge on 21st February, 2018.
