2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the IPC.
3. As per the FIR, on 25.05.2019 at about 7:30 A.M., while the informant was constructing a pillar on his plot, the accused persons, including Petitioner No. 1, arrived armed with weapons, abused and threatened him to vacate the land. When the informant's son and others intervened, they were assaulted and sustained injuries. It is further alleged that Petitioner No. 2 and others uprooted and removed the cement

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus and no specific injury is attributed to the petitioner. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedents.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Gopalganj, Successor Court in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. niku/anuj/- (Ajit Kumar, J) U T
