JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 18-02-2016 Heard Mr. Sandeep Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the State Election Authority. The petitioner complains that 1650 members of Raxaul Prakhand Matsyajivi Sahyog Samiti Limited in the district of East Champaran including himself were illegally deleted from the voter-list during the election held in 2012. It is too late in the day to make a complaint relatable of voter list after the election held. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

Should the grievance of the petitioner subsist in the next election he as well as the remaining members shall be at

Patna High Court CWJC No.2840 of 2016 (2) dt.18-02-2016 liberty to take recourse to the remedy available to them under the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935 and 'the Rules' framed thereunder by filing objections before the appropriate statutory authority and which shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
