Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 106 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 01.08.2019.
Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner the prayer for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46124 of 2021(3) dt.22-09-2021 2/2 bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merits and there is no fresh ground urged on behalf of the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegations levelled, the materials available on record and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court does not find it to be a fit case for grant of bail to the petitioner. The same is, therefore, rejected.
However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the case and conclude it expeditiously within six months from the date of receipt of the order. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
