The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 125 of 2022 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the present case, as contained in Annexure-3 to the bail petition. It is also submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37164 of 2022(4) dt.09-01-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 125 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
