Taking note of the fact that with regard to payment of provident fund and the gratuity, the appellant has statutory remedy of approaching the competent statutory authority under
Patna High Court LPA No.1906 of 2016 dt.22-11-2017 2/2 the payment of Gratuity Act and the Provident Fund Authority is under the Statute, we grant liberty to the appellant to raise the claim before the competent statutory authority and the Statutory authority shall decide the claim of the appellant in accordance with law after hearing all concerned within a period of three months.
As far as leave encashment of the appellant is concerned, the same shall be decided by the competent authority of the Bank within a period of three months.
