2. The petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2015 in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 13 of 2014 for the alleged offences under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of a Title Suit between the petitioner and one Ahilya Devi, the latter being the informant's neighbour whose house is the alleged place of occurrence. Similarly situated co-accused Laxman Yadav and Dashrath Yadav, both being the sons of the petitioner have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 28954 of 2014.

4. Learned APP has been heard who opposes the bail petition on the basis of case diary.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 13 of 2014.
