JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report with accusation that he as well as co-accused Manoj Uraon took the deceased and after that deceased was mercilessly beaten up by the petitioner and other co-accused persons as a result of which deceased died.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation co-accused Manoj Uraon and some other coaccused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46935 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Kaimur, Bhabua in connection with Adhaura P.S.Case No. 22 of 2011.
